Oregon Rosé of Pinot Noir

Our Estate Grown Rosé of Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grape clones in an Oregon style with Alsatian influences. In order to capture the rose (or rosé in French) color, the grapes are whole-cluster pressed and remain on their skins for a short period of time before the wine is left to ferment on its own in stainless steel. Lively with fruity and juicy aromas, our Rosé boasts a creamy texture with vibrant acidity.
